Extensive renovation of a Midtown office building, which was originally built in 1929 by New York Architect Ely Jacques Kahn. There are 3 areas of work:

The Facade. The facade for the first 3 floors was removed and re-skinned with structural column curtain walls. This opened up all areas on these level for better light.

The Lobby. The lobby was renovated with new materials throughout including a new terrazzo floor, wall materials, lighting and sound system, as well as a reception desk commissioned for the space. The lobby also serves as an art gallery.

The Infrastructure. All retail spaces were renovated to include a new cooling tower, power, escalators, and elevators for the retail tenant.
